Action Planning with Caroline: So you start with a plan and clarify your mindset. Goal setting is facilitated and an accountability schedule is set-up.


*Meal-plans with grocery lists: Healthy and fresh ingredient recipes that take no more than 20 minutes to prepare, leaving more time for your to spend with you family and less time asking, "What are we having for dinner?!" Vegetarian and Omnivore plans available.

A brand-new dinner meal for each day of the week (five days) 

Nutrition-conscience recipes - Every meal has been inspected and created with the support of a nutrition team.

5-star quality meals that won't cost the earth - Each recipe is created by a professional chef who knows how to cross utilize ingredients to make a meal that is high on taste and low on budget.


*Group accountability: Because when we have to answer to other people, we can do things we can’t do on our own. When it’s going well, you may feel bulletproof, it's when things fall apart that you actually need the group to get you back on the wagon and get motivated again.
