Kick Ass Fitness for Moms

In these classes, we do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to get maximum results and prevent the body from getting used to one type of exercise. This is why we can have a much more effective work-out in less time than say, 60 minutes on the treadmill (and how monotonous is that?) AND do it in less time.


New work-outs every week using equipment, a partner or your baby. We also do circuit training, and work on mobility and posture as well as core strengthening.


Yes, classes are suitable for complete beginner, there is no competition in these classes; it is a supportive environment full of moms who know the struggles of parenting.


Babies get to interact with each other, play with toys provided, and watch mama exercise. We always make sure to include baby in some part of the class to keep them (and you!) happy. Feel free to also come solo.


Urban Dance Company has a huge studio for us to use with free, easy access parking.


Starting January 16th, join us at Urban Dance Company on Manawagonish Road every Tuesday and Thursdays @ 11:30a.m for 7 weeks for $168(+tax).
