This program is designed for both the beginner and someone who wants to improve their running and enjoy meeting other people who have the same outlook. Non-competitive, structured programming with built-in strength training moves that will help improve overall performance, decrease injury, and help with good form.

The 5k Run Club starts this May. We will meet on Wednesday evenings for 8 weeks. Location will vary depending on needed terrain that week.

Runs are time-based and all levels can be accommodated. No runner is left behind! Choose between 0-5K or 5K+ group. Both will meet on the same night, same time and split off. (You will be free to morph from one group to another to best suit your needs).

What to expect:

*7 weeks of run programming with strength training and mobility exercises built-in. A go-to warm-up that is the building block for running. Hill training, speed work, timed loops, an easy to follow calendar with run assignments, and group accountability!

*HUGELY reduced drop-in to Jason's Functional Training Studio for wicked-good functional training where you learn how to use weights and proper form at only $5/class at any of the following times:

  1. Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays @ 7:30 am
  2. Tuesdays and Thursday @ 930 a.m.
  3. Monday through Fridays 7:40 PM
  4. Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:30 AM

*Plus a whole lotta fun and coaching from Caroline!

Starting May 15th for 8 weeks

Meet-ups will be Wednesday nights 7:30p.m. with varied locations depending on the focus that week.

"What if I can't make most of the meet-ups?"  NO PROBLEM! You will be part of the group that is given the run assignment each week and can log your time when you do your runs.
