This program is designed for both the beginner and someone who wants to improve their running and enjoy meeting other people who have the same outlook. Non-competitive, structured programming with built-in strength training moves that will help improve overall performance, decrease injury, and help with good form.

The 5k Run Club starts the week of Septmber 11th. We will meet on Wednesday evenings for 7 weeks. Location will vary depending on needed terrain that week.

Runs are time-based and all levels can be accommodated. No runner is left behind!

*7 weeks of run programming with strength training and mobility exercises built-in. A go-to warm-up that is the building block for running.

*HUGELY reduced drop-in to Jason's Functional Training Studio for wicked-good functional training where you learn how to use weights and proper form ($5/class)

Meet-ups will be Wednesday nights 7:30p.m.

"What if I can't make most of the meet-ups?"  NO PROBLEM! You will be part of the group that is given the run assignment each week and can log your time when you do your runs.
