Whether you just had a baby, (or are a seasoned mom), took a hiatus from exercise, or want to start a journey to becoming fit, you need someone who is going to help you along the way with personal approach, tailored to your needs. In Back to Basics, we asses the way you move, breathe, stand, and core function and develop a program that moves at your speed.

Small group *PERSONAL training* with women like you.  We help you feel strong and comfortable. Classes are outside at Rockwood park. Babies welcome. Special introductory offer $100/4 classes (Regularly $65/hr).
