Do you need to put your sleep as a priority?

If September has left you feeling like the wind has been knocked out of you, this program may be for you. 

Have you found yourself saying, "I'll sleep when I'm dead"? Me too! Then I looked in the mirror and thought, wow, I look like I am half way there. Stretching ourselves thin and burning the candle at both ends inevitably leads to stress and burn-out. Getting proper rest helps your recharge yourself and allows you to perform well and help look after yourself and others.  

This program helps you make sleep and rest a priority for 1 month -  a minimum amount of time to build a healthy habit. 


We will look at an ideal sleep environment, getting your body prepared for sleep, following natural sleep and wakeful rhythms, and how to calm the mind before bed. 

This group is about accountability and sticking to a program with a group for 1 month.  Program starts October 4th until 31st
